Managing the corporate direction and strategy at Spector, Ken has over 40 years of industry experience in business development and leadership. He has built strong, deeply rooted relationships in oil and gas and has an in-depth knowledge of the tubular service industry.

Ron Ekdahl General Manager
Ron brings over 40 years industry experience, specializing in facility management, design, equipment installation and set up for specialized threading and inspection service locations. An effective leader, Ron creates a safe, efficient work environment while continuing to produce positive results, reducing down time in the field.

Ryan Schroeder Operations Manager
Ryan has worked in the machining and inspection industries for 20 years, maintaining high level of quality in API inspection and threading. He works closely with ISO and API adhering to industry standards. He is a Red Sealed journeyman Machinist and Red Sealed Journeyman Millwright.
